At Cane Creek Cycling Components, we stand behind our precision-engineered products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to our North Carolina facility.

• 2.
  Pack Your Components

  Securely pack the unused items in their original retail packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a trackable service like UPS or FedEx to ensure guaranteed delivery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned components for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
